Terms & Conditions

The practical rules and risk boundaries for using Bullseye—written to protect the service without hiding the responsibilities of either side.

You control the wallet

Bullseye cannot recover keys or reverse an approved blockchain transaction.

Markets carry real risk

Positions can settle at zero. Review the market rules and use only funds you can afford to lose.

Protections are proportionate

Restrictions target legal, security, fraud, and abuse risks; non-waivable rights remain intact.

01

Agreement and scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Bullseye, including its website, app, market interfaces, wallet features, rewards and referral features, and related services. They form an agreement between you and the operator of Bullseye.

By using Bullseye, connecting a wallet, signing a message, or submitting a transaction through the interface, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A separate wallet, blockchain, protocol, or third-party service may have its own terms that also apply to you.

02

Eligibility and lawful access

You may use Bullseye only if you can legally enter this agreement and your use is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for understanding rules that apply to you, including restrictions on prediction markets, financial products, sanctions, and taxes.

Do not use Bullseye from a prohibited location, with a sanctioned wallet, on behalf of an ineligible person, or through tools intended to evade a lawful access control. Bullseye may use proportionate controls to meet legal obligations and protect the service.

03

What Bullseye provides

Bullseye provides an interface for viewing and interacting with market-related information, smart contracts, and supporting services. Features may change as markets open, close, resolve, settle, or become unavailable.

Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, Bullseye does not take custody of your private keys and cannot sign a transaction for you. A displayed interface, price, chart, estimate, notification, or status is not a guarantee that a transaction will complete or produce a particular result.

04

Wallets and transactions

You control your wallet, private keys, signatures, approvals, and transactions. Protect your credentials and review the contract, network, asset, amount, permissions, fees, and recipient shown by your wallet before you approve anything.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Bullseye generally cannot recover a wallet, reverse a transaction, restore assets sent to the wrong address or network, or compensate for a compromised device, leaked key, unsupported wallet, or misleading third-party prompt.

05

Market and financial risk

Prediction markets involve substantial risk. A position may lose value or settle at zero, estimates may be wrong, liquidity or execution may change, and you may lose all funds committed to a market. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

Smart contracts, data feeds, blockchains, relayers, pricing models, wallets, and other infrastructure can fail, be delayed, be attacked, or behave unexpectedly. Network congestion, forks, oracle errors, contract defects, market disputes, and legal changes may affect access, pricing, settlement, or claims.

06

Pricing, market rules, and settlement

Before participating, review the market question, outcome ranges, close and maturity times, data source, settlement method, displayed price, and any market-specific rules. Prices and estimated payouts can change before a transaction is confirmed.

The applicable market rules, smart-contract state, designated data sources, and published resolution process determine the result. Bullseye may correct a display or indexing error, but will not change an on-chain result merely because a user expected a different outcome. A genuine ambiguity or data-source failure may require reasonable review under the published market rules.

07

Fees and taxes

Transactions may involve network fees, protocol or service fees, price movement, and other costs shown before or during a wallet confirmation. Third-party fees and network conditions can change without Bullseye control.

You are responsible for determining and paying taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to your activity. Bullseye does not provide tax advice and may provide records only to the extent reasonably available.

08

Airdrops, rewards, and referrals

An airdrop, referral, eligibility signal, score, estimate, or campaign announcement is not a promise of value or payment unless the published program rules expressly say otherwise. Eligibility can depend on accurate records, anti-abuse review, deadlines, technical availability, and lawful participation.

Bullseye may correct duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, or clearly erroneous records using consistent program rules. Material program changes should be communicated where reasonably practical. Archived Points, Pool, Gold, and referral programs do not create a current claim unless Bullseye expressly reactivates them.

09

Fair and acceptable use

Do not use Bullseye to break the law, deceive others, manipulate a market, trade on behalf of an ineligible person, exploit a vulnerability, compromise an account, launder funds, evade sanctions, or interfere with another user’s access.

Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer for a harmful purpose, bypass rate or access controls, inject malicious code, or use automated activity that damages the service or creates an unfair advantage. Good-faith security research should avoid user harm and be reported through a published support channel.

11

Intellectual property and feedback

Bullseye and its licensors retain rights in the interface, branding, designs, text, software, and other service content, except for open-source components and third-party materials governed by their own licenses. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not falsely imply endorsement or misuse Bullseye branding.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Bullseye may use it to improve the service without owing compensation. This permission does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing work or confidential information.

12

Information, not professional advice

Prices, charts, probabilities, market descriptions, alerts, statistics, estimated payouts, and educational material are general information. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and Bullseye is not acting as your fiduciary or adviser.

You are responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent advice when appropriate. Past activity, model output, popularity, or a displayed probability does not guarantee a future outcome.

13

Service availability and disclaimers

Bullseye is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Bullseye does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free data, a particular market result, profitability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Bullseye will make reasonable efforts to operate the service responsibly, but maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, legal requirements, and events outside reasonable control can interrupt or change access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow Bullseye to exclude.

14

Limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely speculative losses arising from service use, third-party failures, market movement, or user-controlled wallet activity when those losses were not reasonably caused by Bullseye.

Bullseye remains responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other non-waivable duties. You remain responsible for direct harm caused by your deliberate unlawful use, fraud, or material violation of these terms. These limits are intended to allocate real risks fairly, not remove mandatory consumer rights.

15

Access restrictions and enforcement

Bullseye may limit or block access when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address a credible security threat, protect users, investigate manipulation or fraud, enforce market or campaign rules, or stop material abuse. Controls should be proportionate to the issue and should not alter public blockchain records.

Where practical and legally permitted, Bullseye will provide notice or a way to ask for review. Urgent threats, legal restrictions, and systems outside Bullseye control may make advance notice impossible.

16

Changes to the service or terms

Bullseye may update features or these terms as the service, risks, or law changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will receive additional notice where reasonably practical. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise.

If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service. A change does not retroactively authorize conduct that was not permitted when it occurred or remove a right that cannot legally be waived.

17

Questions, disputes, and general terms

If you have a concern, first use a published Bullseye support channel and provide enough detail for a reasonable review. This informal step does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief or using rights and remedies available under applicable law.

If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a term is not a permanent waiver. These terms and any market- or program-specific rules form the agreement for the service, and mandatory protections under applicable law remain in place.

Questions or concerns?

Use a published Bullseye support channel. Please do not include a private key, seed phrase, or other wallet secret in any message.
