Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what Bullseye handles, why it is needed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Wallet activity is public

Blockchain records can be permanent and are not controlled or erasable by Bullseye.

Purpose, not resale

Information is used to run and protect the product. Bullseye does not sell personal information.

Your rights remain yours

Applicable access, deletion, objection, and appeal rights are not waived by this policy.

01

Scope and our approach

This Privacy Policy explains how Bullseye handles information when you visit or use the Bullseye website, app, market interfaces, wallet features, rewards and referral features, and related support channels. It does not cover an independent website, wallet, blockchain, or service that publishes its own privacy policy.

Bullseye aims to collect only information that is reasonably useful for operating, securing, and improving the service. This policy does not override privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live.

02

Information you choose to provide

You may provide a wallet address, signed message, referral code, social-account verification, feedback, support message, or other information when you choose to use a feature or contact Bullseye.

Do not send Bullseye a private key, seed phrase, password, or unnecessary sensitive information. Bullseye does not need those secrets to provide the interface.

03

Information collected through the app

When you use Bullseye, technical and usage information may be generated, including pages and features used, timestamps, browser and device type, approximate network information, referring pages, performance data, error logs, and security events.

Bullseye uses this information to keep the app reliable, understand feature use, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect users and infrastructure. Bullseye does not use wallet secrets because the app does not ask for them.

04

Wallet and public blockchain information

A public wallet address and its activity are not private in the same way as an ordinary account. When you connect or enter a wallet, Bullseye may read public balances, approvals, positions, transaction hashes, market activity, claim status, and other on-chain records associated with it.

Public blockchains are operated independently of Bullseye. Their records may be permanent, copied by others, and impossible for Bullseye to edit or delete. Disconnecting a wallet stops the current connection but does not erase public blockchain history.

05

Airdrop and referral information

During an active airdrop season, Bullseye may process wallet addresses, social-account verification status, referral codes and relationships, eligibility signals, claim status, request-signal hashes, transaction hashes, and related anti-abuse records.

Historical Points, Pool, Gold, and referral records may be retained where reasonably needed for provenance, auditability, fraud prevention, dispute review, or restoration of a program that Bullseye clearly announces.

06

Approximate location and anti-abuse signals

To protect rewards and airdrop programs from automated abuse, Bullseye derives coarse, non-identifying signals from a request: an approximate city and country, and the network operator serving the connection. These are used to detect patterns such as many accounts operating from one network or from hosting infrastructure rather than ordinary consumer connections.

Bullseye does not store the IP address itself. Request identifiers are converted into one-way keyed digests that cannot be reversed back into an address, and only those digests and the coarse location are retained. Anti-abuse records expire on a schedule and are used for fraud prevention, dispute review, and service protection.

This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

07

How and why information is used

Bullseye uses information to provide requested features, display wallet and market activity, maintain records, secure the service, prevent fraud and manipulation, investigate errors, improve performance, respond to users, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on providing a service you requested, Bullseye’s legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without changing processing that was already lawful.

08

Cookies, local storage, and choices

Bullseye may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser tools to remember preferences, maintain app state, support wallet flows, measure performance, detect stale software, and protect the service.

You can clear or limit browser storage through your browser settings. Some controls may reduce functionality or require you to reconnect and reselect preferences. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics, Bullseye will request it.

09

When information is shared

Bullseye may share limited information with providers that supply hosting, databases, analytics, error monitoring, security, wallet connectivity, RPC access, market data, communications, or professional services. They should receive only what is reasonably needed for their role and may be subject to their own policies.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where practical. Bullseye does not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10

Retention

Bullseye keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service operation, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, record integrity, and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ by record type and legal requirement.

When information is no longer needed, Bullseye will delete, aggregate, or de-identify it where reasonably feasible. Public blockchain records and information held independently by third parties remain outside Bullseye control.

11

Security

Bullseye uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information it handles. No website, wallet connection, database, or transmission method is completely secure, so Bullseye cannot promise absolute security.

You can reduce risk by protecting your device and wallet, checking signatures and transaction details, using trusted wallet software, and never sharing a seed phrase or private key.

12

International processing

Bullseye and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws.

Where required, Bullseye will use a lawful transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards. Non-waivable rights available under your local law remain unaffected.

13

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or to withdraw consent or appeal a privacy decision. Bullseye will honor applicable rights and may need to verify that a request relates to you.

Some requests cannot apply to public blockchain data or records Bullseye must keep for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Bullseye will explain a material limitation when required. You may also complain to the privacy regulator available in your jurisdiction.

14

Children

Bullseye is not directed to children or anyone who cannot legally agree to these terms. Bullseye does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Bullseye, use a published support channel so the issue can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

15

Changes and contact

Bullseye may update this policy as the service, law, or data practices change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will receive additional notice where reasonably practical. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise.

For a privacy question or request, use a support or feedback channel published by Bullseye. Include enough detail to understand the request, but never include a private key or seed phrase.

Questions or concerns?

Use a published Bullseye support channel. Please do not include a private key, seed phrase, or other wallet secret in any message.
